Carla Blackmon
PTA
Carla was raised in Colorado and California. She attended Brigham Young University-Idaho, where she received her associates in physical therapist assisting and her bachelor's degree in exercise physiology. Carla enjoys getting to meet new people.
She likes to talk to her patients and learn what problems or difficulties they are struggling with, then tries to address these problems with them throughout their therapy experience. Carla has experience in outpatient physical therapy and home health. In her free time, Carla enjoys working out with her husband, running, hiking, and spending time outside.
Russell Griffeth
MPT
Russell was raised in Southeast Idaho and graduated from Madison High School. While in high school, he worked for his father, Gary Griffeth, a longtime physical therapist in Rexburg. This is where he developed his love for physical therapy and followed in his father's footsteps.
After graduating from Rick's College and BYU, he attended ISU, where he received his master's in physical therapy. He and his wife Becky moved to Idaho Falls in 1992, where he began practicing at Teton Physical Therapy.
They have six children and love living in Idaho Falls. Russell regularly attends advanced training courses with world-renowned doctors and physical therapists with an emphasis on best practice and evidence-based treatments for orthopedic issues.
He and his family are avid outdoor enthusiasts and participate in a wide variety of sports. Russell recognizes the importance of making a patient feel as comfortable as possible and values the relationships that he has developed with his patients over the years.
Tiffany Packer
PTA
Tiffany was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She graduated from Idaho State University with an associate of physical therapist assistant and a bachelor's in science of health science. Tiffany's hobbies include camping, hiking, dirt biking, and playing with her dog.
She is very attentive and adaptive to the patient's needs. She enjoys getting to know the patients on a personal level and loves seeing them progress and getting back to their daily activities.
